Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund request. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as evidence of your purchase.
Condition of Product: To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any product that is damaged or missing parts.
Restocking Fee: A minimal restocking fee will be applied to all refunds to cover the costs associated with processing returns. This fee is $3.00, which will be deducted from your refund total.
